Originally established at the prestigious Ch\u00e2teau du Biez, it made its debut in the events sector.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, the company&#8217;s passion and expertise have been successfully passed down to the second generation, led by Emmanuel, Nicolas and Gr\u00e9gory Thomaere. More recently, the third generation, in the shape of Victor and Oscar Thomaere, has brought a new burst of energy to our family history.<\/p>\n<p>Our dedication to culinary excellence is exemplified by our catering service, which has grown and flourished over more than 30 years. Today, we are proud to boast a team of over 15 talented chefs, all of whom are committed to creating unforgettable culinary experiences in a wide variety of venues.
