Our core commitments are based on several fundamental principles:

Carefully selected ingredients: We attach particular importance to the quality of our ingredients, choosing local, organic and seasonal products wherever possible. This approach promotes sustainable farming while reducing our carbon footprint.

Responsible Waste Management: We follow waste management best practices that encourage recycling and the reduction of food waste. This initiative aims to minimise our impact on the environment and to encourage sustainable use of resources.

Local Economy: By working in partnership with local suppliers, we actively support the regional economy and contribute to the long-term development of surrounding communities. This collaboration strengthens our ties with the local community, and promotes more ethical sourcing.

Clean Energy: We invest in renewable energy sources and apply energy-efficient solutions to reduce our energy consumption and minimise our impact on the environment. Our kitchen is now equipped with 280 solar panels, covering 70% of our electricity consumption.

Use of Eco-Friendly Tableware: To reduce our share of single-use plastic waste, we encourage the use of sustainable, recyclable or compostable tableware and utensils. Through this initiative, we hope to encourage more environmentally-friendly habits.

Reduced packaging: In an ongoing effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we limit the use of excess packaging. By choosing environmentally-friendly packaging solutions, we play our part in safeguarding the environment.

Social commitment: We are committed to our staff’s well-being by ensuring fair working conditions for them. We also support local community programmes, reinforcing our positive impact beyond our own business. This social commitment is an integral part of our of our goal to be a responsible and sustainable caterer.
