Our company was founded by Gilberte and Willy Thomaere over 50 years ago. Originally established at the prestigious Château du Biez, it made its debut in the events sector.
Over the years, the company’s passion and expertise have been successfully passed down to the second generation, led by Emmanuel, Nicolas and Grégory Thomaere. More recently, the third generation, in the shape of Victor and Oscar Thomaere, has brought a new burst of energy to our family history.
Our dedication to culinary excellence is exemplified by our catering service, which has grown and flourished over more than 30 years. Today, we are proud to boast a team of over 15 talented chefs, all of whom are committed to creating unforgettable culinary experiences in a wide variety of venues. Family is at the very heart of our company, and it is this passion that drives us to continue our craft in the culinary arts for future generations.
